Do I need an appointment?

For a puncture, no: walk in. For a tune-up or full service, book a slot so we can promise the 3-day turnaround.

Do you collect bikes?

Yes, within Port Elsby for 10 euros each way, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.

Can I wait while you fix it?

Punctures and brake pads, yes. There is a bench and free coffee.

Do you give a quote first?

Always. If the work will cost more than the quote, we phone you before doing it.

Do you lend a bike while mine is in the shop?

We have two loan city bikes, free for customers with a full service, first come first served.
